Patience is a very critical aspect of this yoga practice. Modern-day incorporated this aspect to customize the practice into a more doable form. Hence, it is more on an easy side when compared to the traditional Hatha yogi practices, obviously.
In modern-day yoga, the subtle practices like savasana, mudras, pranams are also taken from the variety aspect of traditional Hatha Yoga to formulate a new modern day Hatha yoga.
Hatha yoga classes are best for beginners where you get to learn the subtle nuances of Yoga. Since it is usually paced slower than other yoga styles- they serve a great entry point to the beginners.
