All the auxiliaries to yoga like- dhyanapranayamadharana, anusmrti and samadhi belong to this form of yoga only.

Modern Incorporation

Patience is a very critical aspect of this yoga practice. Modern-day incorporated this aspect to customize the practice into a more doable form. Hence, it is more on an easy side when compared to the traditional Hatha yogi practices, obviously.

In modern-day yoga, the subtle practices like savasana, mudras, pranams are also taken from the variety aspect of traditional Hatha Yoga to formulate a new modern day Hatha yoga.
